To that, analytically systematizes and describes each of the concepts he has developed the doctrine and jurisprudence in respect of pecuniary damage, to detemine what is meant by it in the Chilean legal system, and see if your definition includes all alteratios or possible to compensate moral damages. Subsequently, identifies and analyzes the legal principles governing compenstaion for moral damages in Chile, in order to establish the state of affairs as of today and see if our system is not fully repaired or the victim. | dc.description | La autoria intenta verificar si el principio de la reparación de todos los daños producidos por el hecho perjudicial se concreta en nuestra realidad jurídica. Con ese objeto, sistematiza y describe analitícamente cada uno de los conceptos que ha elaborado la doctrina y jurisprudencia respecto del daño moral, a fin de determinar qué se entiende por éste en el sistema jurídico chileno y verificar si su definición abarca todas las alteraciones o daños morales posibles de resarcir. Posteriormente, señala y analiza los principios jurídicos que rigen la indemnización de daño moral en Chile, con el objeto de establecer el estado de la cuestión al día de hoy y comprobar si nuestro sistema repara o no integralmente a la víctima.
