dc.description	This article proposes a study on the problem of profit from a doctrinal standpoint, briefly applied to the case of universities in Chile, distinguishing activities that could fit into the legality of the activities of nonprofit organizations, and what could be considered questionable from national legislation. It also explain some audit criteria used in comparative law, assuming two dissimilar realities, the Spanish and the U.S., looking for different regulatory perspectives for nonprofit organizations in our country.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo propone un estudio respecto del problema de lucro desde un punto de vista doctrinario, aplicado brevemente al caso de las universidades en Chile, distinguiendo qué actividades podrían encuadrarse dentro de la legalidad de las actividades de organizaciones no lucrativas, y cuáles podrían considerarse bles desde la legislación nacional. Asimismo, explica algunos criterios de fiscalización utilizados en derecho comparado, asumiendo dos realidades disímiles, la española y la norteamericana, buscando diversas perspectivas regulatorias para las organizaciones sin fines de lucho en nuestro país.	es-ES
