| dc.description | La teoría del acto propio se ha ido desarrollando jurisprudencialmente por las Cortes, a partir de la forma latina venire cum factum non valet, lo que implica que no es lícito hacer valer un derecho o una pretensión en contradicci´ón con la anterior conducta de la misma persona, y siempre que este cambio de conducta o comportamiento importe un perjuicio en contra de otro o sea contrario a la ley, las buenas costumbres o la buena fe.
