| dc.description | Law 20,500 has come to amend substantially the produce of obtaining legal personality from corporations and foundations, which regulates the Civil Code. That was not the original purpose, since it was in the mind of the executive in 2004 about reforming the work of Andrés Bello. Through this work we will make a brief description of its key institutions, the problems that may occur, as also a brief reflection on how that is unfolding legislative activity in our country. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Ley 20.500 ha venido a modificar sustancialmente el procedimiento de obtención de la personalidad jurídica de las corporaciones y fundaciones que reglamenta el Código Civil. Ese no era el propósito inicial, puesto que no estaba en la mente del Ejecutivo del año 2004 impulsar una reforma a la obra de Andrés Bello. A través de este trabajo haremos una breve descripción de sus instituciones principales, de los problemas que podrían presentarse, como, asimismo, una breve reflexión sobre la forma en que se está desenvolviendo la actividad legislativa en nuestro país. | es-ES |
