| dc.description | Following the earthquake and tsunami that struck our region and much of the country, last February 27, were commited felonies and hundreds of suspects were arrested. These were formalized, charged and convicted for the crime of receiving regulated in the article 456 bis of the Chilean Criminal Code, since a few days of the disaster, were found in their possession a number of stolen species, which they knew or could presumably know its origin. | en-US |

Estos fueron formalizados, acusados y condenados, por el delito de receptación del artículo 465 bis A, del Código Penal, ya que, alos pocos días de occurrida la catástrofe, se les encontraron en su poder una serie de especies hurtadas o robadas conociendo o no pudiendo menos que conocer su origen. | es-ES |
