| dc.description | Regulation is characterized by use of special instruments to implement economic interventionism. In fact, in a free market economy the intervention must be carried out according to the logic of the market. These instruments are known as new forms of regulation and within we are able to find the resort to the contract and to responsibility. The classic law makes available to the regulation, mechanism of its own, but that this time will be used to regulate markets. These new targets are not well known for classically trained lawyers, there is the interest of this work. | en-US |
| dc.description | La regulación se caracteriza por recurrir a instrumentos particulares para poner en marcha el intervencionismo económico. En efecto, en una economía de libre mercado el intervencionismo debe llevarse a cabo conforme a la lógica del mercado. Estos instrumentos se conocen como nuevas formas de regulación y dentro de ellas encontramos el recurso al contrato y a la responsabilidad. El Derecho clásico pone así a disposición de la regulación, mecanismos que le son propios, pero que esta vez serán usados con el fin de regular los mercados. Estos nuevos objetivos no son muy conocidos de los juristas con formación clásica, he ahí el interés de este trabajo. | es-ES |
