dc.descriptionSi el autor de un injusto al momento de su comisión no estaba en condiciones razonables de saber que la acción que estaba ejecutando, por desconocimiento o por error, era contraria a derecho, sino que el creía que ésta se ajustaba a la norma jurídica u ordenamiento legal, opera el error de prohibición, y no se aplica sanción penal por tratarse de una causal de exculpación o, según los casos, puede existir una pena atenuada.es-ES
