| dc.description | Since the Constitutional Reform of 2005, the Chilean Constitutional Court (TCCh) has gathered abbundant and interesting jurisprudence regarding the admisibility of inapplicability requirements, from which many interpretative criteria may be extracted, of which already many studies and publications from our media account for. In consecuence,it becomes relevant to compare such jurisprudence with another similar from other law systems, which allows to know the current state of advance and updating of our TCCh in relation to others. | dc.description | A partir de la Reforma Constitucional del año 2005, el Tribunal Constitucional de Chile (TCCh) ha reunido una abundante e interesante jurisprudencia en cuanto a la admisibilidad de los requerimientos de inaplicabilidad, de la que se pueden extraer diversos criterios interpretativos, de los que ya dan cuenta algunos estudios y publicaciones en nuestro medio. En consecuencia resulta relevante comparar la mencionada jurisprudencia, con similares de otros sistemas jurídicos, lo que permite conocer el estado de avance y puesta al día de nuestro TC en relación a otros del ámbito mundial. El presente es un estudio comparativo de algunos de esos criterios, entre nuestro TC y el Tribunal Constitucional de España (TCE). | es-ES |
