| dc.description | En los últimos decenios en la Unión Europea se ha acrecentado en el intercambio transfronterizo en todos los ámbitos. La administración de la justicia no ha sido ajena a ello, sino que ha debido adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades, especialmente frente a la criminalidad transfronteriza. Por ello, uno de los fines a alcanzar ha sido la eliminación de obstáculos frente al funcionamiento eficaz de los procesos penales, facilitando la cooperación entre las autoridades judiciales de los Estados miembros. La creación paulatina de un Espacio Judicial Europeo ha llevado a adopción de medidas para simplificar y acelerar la asistencia judicial y el principal instrumento ha sido la Convención de mayo de 2000 que, además de reglas generales que propician la relación directa y rápida entre órganos jurisdiccionales, introduce además numerosas formas específicas de cooperación que deben ser examinadas. | es-ES |
| dc.description | In the last decades in the European Union the cross-borders interchanges have been increased so much. The administration of justice had to adapt itself to the new circumstances too, especially against the cross-borders crimes. Fort that reason, one of the aims to reacg was improving of the criminal procedures effectiveness, by fostering the cooperation betwenn judicial authorities situated in different jurisdictions. For the gradual creation of a European Judicial Space, the Members States had to adopt some measures to simplify an accelerate the judicial assistance and the main instrument has been the Convention of May of 2000 that, in addition to general rules that improve the direct and fast relationship between tribunals, introduces also numerous specific forms of cooperation which they must be examined. | en-US |
