En el presente artículo, el autor trata la regulación del delito de incendios forestales en el Ordenamiento penal español. Para ello, analiza críticamente los diversos aspectos y elementos del delito, así como las correspondientes consecuencias jurídicas establecidas en este marco normativo.In this article, the author shows and analyses the protection of the woodlands and the environment between the vegetal arson offence in the spanish Criminal Law. To sum up, this investigation work details critically each offence elements and the corresponding punishment.
