| dc.description | El autor en su artículo se refiere a la Eutanasia o la buena muerte y al proyecto de ley en trámite en el Congreso de Nacional, por el que se pretende aplicarla en casos muy calificados y con cumplmiento de una serie de requistios, como ocurre en Eurioa particularmente en Holanda, Bélgica, Suiza, en varios estados de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica. Señala el profesor Ortiz, que la eutansia procedería en los casos de enfermos graves, terminales, cuando ya la medicina y los calmantes, no son capaces de poner término a los atroces dolores y padecimientos del paciente y que este incluso pide insistentemente una inyección letal, como puede suceder frente a un cáncer terminal, enfermedades incurables o irreversibles, pacientes afectados de lesiones politraumáticas acompañadas de cuadro cuadraplégico etc. la debe ser efectuada por un médico el que no tendría responsabilidad penal y cuya finalidad sería mitigar el dolor y a quien se le procura una muerte fácil y tranquila, y a ruego del mismo. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article talks about the euthanasia and the proposed bill that is being studied in our National Congress, which aims to apply it to certain and qualifies cases that comply carious requirements like in Europe, particularly in Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, and several States of the United States of America. Professor Ortiz said that euthanasia could be applied in severe cases and terminal illnesses when medical science and sedatives are not capable to stop the extreme pains and sufferings of the patient and even when him repeatedly asks for the lethal injection, such as in cases of terminal cancer, incurable or irreversible, patient diseases affected of poli-traumatic injuries accompanies quadriplegic picture, among others.
