La Reforma introducida por la Ley 20.050 representa un cambio significativo. En una perspectiva comparativa, se destacan los principales aportes en materia del Gobierno. Se amplía la calidad de chileno. Se eliminan los senadores designados y vitalicios. Se fortalecen las atribuciones fiscalizadoras de la Cámara de Diputados. Solo se exige el requisito de residencia a los Diputados, se elimina la doble legislatura. Asimismo, se examinan las reformas respecto al Ministerio Público, la generación composición y competencia del Tribunal Constitucional, y del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional. Se incorporan nuevos principios constitucionales, la probidad, la trasparencia y la publicidad de los actos administrativos.The constituional amendment passed by the law 20.050 has represented a relevant change. From a comparative point of view, it is possible to emphasize the main contributions what concerns to government. The quality of Chilean citizenship is broaden. Non-elected senators are being derogated. The investigation powers of the Deputy Chamber are foster. The residence requirement is the only requirement for the members of the Deputy Chamber, the double legislature is eliminated. On the same way, this article study the amendment related to Public Ministry, the generation, composition and venue of the Constitutional Tribunal and the National Security Council. Beside, new constitutional principles are incorporated to our constitution, like integrity, transparency, and publicity of the administrative acts.
