In particular, analyzes the role that this organism achieved in the second half of the twentieth century in the integration of the structural elements of the constitutional right to petition exercised by citizens before the Administration. En particular se analiza el rol que cumplió este organismo durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX en la integración de los elementos estructurales del derecho de petición constitucional ejercido por los ciudadanos ante la Administración del Estado. El estudio culmina con un balance de los dictámenes relavantes referidos a las instituciones incorporados por la Ley Nº19.880, sobre Bases de los Procedimientos Administrativos. | es-ES |
