As noted in the article, and from of the careful study of the records of the Cortes of Cadiz, his speech did not pass unnoticed; to the contrary it poured concepts, arguments and reasoning of relevance in the process of drafting the such founding letter, locating it without doubt as the first Chilean constitutionalist, being a contribution item for the Chilean constitutional history. | en-US |
