| dc.description | At present, there are still companies that do not consider the work environment a priority; therefore, they do not give importance to how to improve this situation. Organizations are looking to have effective leaders, since it will mean that they have basic social skills to be leaders and be able to relate to people. The purpose of this research is to analyze the working environment and see the impact that the mirror neuron system effect has on the development of the working environment, in addition to link it with the level of production that the company has. Through the results obtained the perspective that the workers have about the company was identified, identifying the strengths and existing weaknesses and how they are linked to the level of production existing in the company.Concluding that the existing link between the work environment and the mirror neuron effect with the productivity of the company, since with the obtained data the mirror neuron directly influences the productivity of the company. | en-US |
| dc.description | En la actualidad, aún existen empresas que no consideran que el ambiente laboral sean prioridades, por ende, no le dan importancia respecto a cómo mejorar las problemáticas dentro de este. Las organizaciones están buscando tener lideres eficaces que cuenten con destrezas sociales básicas para poder dirigir y relacionarse con las personas. El propósito de esta investigación es analizar el clima laboral y ver el impacto que se tiene con el efecto sistema neurona espejo en el desarrollo del ambiente laboral, además de vincularlo con el nivel de producción que posee la empresa. A través de los resultados obtenidos se identificó la perspectiva que tienen los trabajadores sobre la empresa, identificando las fortalezas y debilidades existentes y cómo estas se vinculan con el nivel de producción existente en la empresa.Concluyendo así, que si existe una vinculación entre el clima laboral y el efecto neurona espejo con la productividad de la empresa, ya que con los datos obtenidos la neurona espejo influye directamente en la productividad de la empresa | es-ES |
