dc.descriptionThis article tries to contribute to the knowledge of the testimonial presence of Spanish rebels in America, reconstructing the exile experience of a writer and Falangist militant, Samuel Ros. We intend to approach the literary production of the poet about his experience, first, as a refugee at the Embassy of Chile in Madrid and, later, in Santiago de Chile. This text also deals with the impact that the exile experience had on life, militancy and work of Ros. His stories, such as the works Con el alma aparte and Los vivos y los muertos, are a very valuable source to reconstruct the experience of that territorial exile and, later, of the internal exile in Spain. Thus, beyond its evident political instrumentalization, the testimony of the blue writer reflects the broad support of the intelligentsia that the rebels had abroad. This investigation was carried out through the analysis of documents from the National Library of Spain (BNE) and the General Archive of the Administration (AGA), such as the rosiana literary works, the different biographical accounts, as well as the press. From these primary sources, a little-known subject is analyzed: the presence of poets of the literary court of José Antonio Primo de Rivera in Latin America and the national exile novels.Keywords: Chile, Falange, Spanish Civil War, Literature, Samuel Ros.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo trata de contribuir al conocimiento de la presencia testimonial de españoles que pertenecieron al bando nacional en América reconstruyendo la experiencia del exilio de un escritor y militante falangista, Samuel Ros. Pretendemos acercarnos a la producción literaria del poeta sobre su experiencia, primero, como refugiado en la Embajada de Chile en Madrid y, posteriormente, en la capital de la república andina, Santiago de Chile. El presente trabajo aborda, además, el impacto que tuvo la experiencia del exilio en la vida, en la militancia y en la obra del poeta falangista. Sus relatos, como las obras Con el alma aparte y Los vivos y los muertos, constituyen una fuente muy valiosa para reconstruir la experiencia de ese exilio territorial y, posteriormente, del exilio interior en España. Así, más allá de su evidente instrumentalización política, el testimonio del escritor azul refleja el amplio apoyo de la intelligentsia del que dispusieron los sublevados en el exterior. Esta investigación se llevó a cabo por medio del análisis de documentos procedentes de la Biblioteca Nacional de España (BNE) y del Archivo General de la Administración (AGA), tales como las obras literarias rosianas, los diferentes relatos biográficos, así como la prensa de la época. A partir de esas fuentes primarias se analiza un tema aún poco conocido: la presencia de poetas de la corte literaria de José Antonio Primo de Rivera en Latinoamérica y las novelas “nacionales” del exilio.Palabras clave: Chile, Falange, Guerra Civil Española, Literatura, Samuel Ros.es-ES
