| dc.description | This paper discusses the changes in the Brazilian labor legislation after the edition of the Statute of the Disabled (Law No. 13.146 / 2015), and presents the evolution of the treatment given by the legislation, based on the Federal Constitution of 1988, with an evaluation about inclusive and integrative constitutional principles, as well as their repercussions on the legal system. It centralizes the discussion about the infraconstitutional alterations to effect the exercise of the labor activity of the person with disabilities. To its end, it was decided to perform a literature review and literature anchored in documentary research, allowing the confrontation of research, doctrines and critical analysis of the subject under study. | en-US |
| dc.description | O presente trabalho é fruto da pesquisa sobre as mudanças na legislação trabalhista brasileira após a edição do Estatuto da Pessoa com Deficiência (Lei nº 13.146/2015), e apresenta a evolução do tratamento dispensado pela legislação, tomando como base a Constituição Federal de 1988, com uma avaliação acerca dos princípios constitucionais inclusivos e integradores, bem como sua repercussão no ordenamento jurídico. Centralizou-se a discussão sobre as alterações infraconstitucionais para efetivação do exercício de atividade laborativa da pessoa com deficiência. Como conclusão, temos que a luta pela inclusão no Brasil envolve várias questões nos mais variados aspectos e se apresentam desde as barreiras físicas e sociais existentes. Mas a evolução legislativa promovida pela lei (LBI) já se consolida como um instrumento de mudança social. Para seu deslinde, optou-se pela realização de uma revisão bibliográfica e da literatura ancorada em pesquisa documental, permitindo o confronto de pesquisas, doutrinas e a análise crítica do tema em estudo. | es-ES |
