| dc.description | The main purpose of this article is to deal with talent and gift through various theoretical approaches. This proposal tries to contribute to establish a difference between the concepts mentioned above, which are barely developed in Chile. Without being a specific pedagogical proposal, it tries to give ways for teachers and future professors to deal with upper educational needs in the school context considering cooperative and inclusive learning, problems that have not yet dealt with by the national educational system. | dc.description | El presente artículo tiene como propósitos principales abordar el talento y superdotación a la luz de diferentes concepciones teóricas. La propuesta busca contribuir a establecer una diferenciación entre los conceptos antes mencionados, los que en Chile escasamente se han desarrollado. Sin ser una propuesta pedagógica específica, busca proporcionar lineamientos a los docentes y futuros pedagogos respecto a la atención de las necesidades educativas superiores en el contexto escolar considerando aprendizajes cooperativos e inclusivos, problemáticas que aún no están del todo abordadas en el sistema educativo nacional transformándose en un desafío y compromiso en la educación del siglo XXI. | es-ES |
