| dc.description | El ordenamiento territorial en Chile se realiza a través de la aplicación de Instrumentos de Planificación Territorial, porque no cuenta con una ley marco que regule el ordenamiento del territorio de forma transversal. Lo que genera un desarrollo territorial poco sostenible, que se enmarca en las demandas económicas del momento, no contem-plado el perfeccionamiento de la calidad de vida de las personas, sino solamente el incremento econó-mico, evidenciando mediante la superposición de actividades productivas que deprimen el paisaje. Chile a tratado de modificar y mejorar el planea-miento urbano, a través de la implementación de la Evaluación Ambiental Estratégica, sin embargo, el procedimiento metodológico instaurado no con-templa, implícito ni explícitamente, el objetivo del desarrollo sustentable del territorio por medio de la inclusión temprana en el proceso de planificación las unidades ambientales. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The territorial ordering in Chile is carried out through the application of Territorial Planning Instruments, because it does not have a framework law that regulates the ordering of the territory in a transversal manner. What generates an unsustainable territorial development, which is framed in the economic demands of the moment, not contemplated the improvement of the quality of life of the people, but only the economic increase, evidencing by means of the superposition of productive activities that depress the landscape. Chile has tried to modify and improve urban planning, through the implementation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment, however, the methodological procedure established does not contemplate, implicitly or explicitly, the objective of the sustainable development of the territory through early inclusion in the planning process the environmental units. | en-US |
