dc.descriptionCoihueco is a mountain commune in the recently formed Ñuble Region, its natural heritage is composed of prominent geomorphological, hydrographic and biotic elements, highlighting in its cultural heritage the criollo traditions of the Chilean countryside. It is this natural and cultural heritage that is decided to diagnose through identification and evaluation using an adaptation of the OEA-CICATUR method to develop Inventory of Tourist Attractions. It seeks to establish the tourism potential of the heritage of Coihueco with the aim of proposing the development of tourism of the sustainable type in a territory that, having recently changed its political-administrative affiliation, presents the need for increasingly decentralized strategies, plans and programs, and that promote economic development along with the preservation of available resources.en-US
dc.descriptionCoihueco es una comuna cordillerana en la reciente formada Región de Ñuble, su patrimonio natural se compone por elementos geomorfológicos, hidrográficos y bióticos prominentes, destacando en su patrimonio cultural las tradiciones criollas del campo chileno. Es este patrimonio natural y cultural el que se decide diagnosticar a través de la identificación y evaluación utilizando una adaptación del método OEA-CICATUR para elaborar Inventarios de Atractivos Turísticos. Se busca establecer la potencialidad turística del patrimonio de Coihueco con el objetivo de proponer el desarrollo de un turismo del tipo sostenible en un territorio que al haber cambiado recientemente su adscripción político – administrativa presenta la necesidad de estrategias, planes y programas cada vez más descentralizados y que promuevan el desarrollo económico a la par de la preservación de los recursos disponibles.es-ES
