| dc.description | The problem of educational reform is examined from two perspectives. One, from the inside, examines the adequacy of means to the achievement of ends, considering the logic of quantities in and out institutions, as well as the shortage of resources. The other perspective, from outside the educational systems, examines such aspects as: challenge posed by complexity, uncertainty and integration of markets, showing the magnitude of gaps which separate the socializations made by agents, from the newfactors which affect the human experiences of learning to be. | en-US |

Una, al interior de los sistemas escolares, como adecuación de los medios al logro de fines, teniendo en cuenta la lógica de las cantidades dentro y fuera de las instituciones y la limitación de los recursos. Otra, desde fuera de los sistemas educativos como desafíos que plantea la complejidad, inseguridad e integración de los mercados, mostrando la magnitud de las brechas se separan las socializaciones que realizan agentes, de los nuevos factores que inciden en las experiencias humanas de aprender a ser. | es-ES |
