| dc.description | In Latin America, and particularly in Chile, the quality of education average technical professional has been questioned by educational specialists, governamental authorities, industralists and by the own actors of the scholastic system. The reason for this situation ties with the existence of deficit as far as the correspondence between the competitions of withdrawn of the these institutions and professional and personal characteristics that the companies demand for their personnel. Due to it, it has not been responded to the expectations that the societies have dreamed up with respect to the contribution of the scholastic system to the development economic partner of the countries. In consideration to the indicated thing, in the present article the necessity is postulated to cause a significant change in the educational sector and the productive sector as far as facilitating the generation of powerful bonds between the professional grammars school technical and the companies whose products or services correspond to the specialties that are distributed in the scholastic centers. It, specially with respect to the pedagogical technical management, facing improving the quality of education. In this sense, he is advisable to involve to both sectors in the accomplishment of a critical analysis on the social functions of the institutions it jeopardize –grammars school and companies–, like also, and very mainly a redesign of the rolls to carry out by the institutional actors, in which it is incumbent on to the relation between both worlds. | dc.description | En Latinoamérica, la calidad de la enseñanza media técnico-profesional ha sido cuestionada por especialistas educacionales, autoridades gubernamentales, empresarios y por los propios actores del sistema escolar. El motivo de esta situación se vincula con la existencia de déficit en cuanto a la correspondencia entre las competencias de los egresados de estas instituciones y las características profesionales y personales que las empresas exigen para su personal. Debido a ello, no se ha respondido a las expectativas que las sociedades se han forjado respecto al aporte del sistema escolar al desarrollo socioeconómico de los países. En consideración a lo señalado, en el presente artículo se postula la necesidad de provocar un cambio significativo en el sector educacional y en el sector productivo en cuanto a facilitar la generación de vínculos potentes entre los liceos técnico-profesionales y las empresas cuyos productos o servicios corresponden a las especialidades que se imparten en los centros escolares. Ello, especialmente en lo que atañe a la gestión técnico-pedagógica, de cara a mejorar la calidad de la enseñanza. En este sentido, es conveniente involucrar a ambos sectores en la realización de un análisis crítico sobre las funciones sociales de las instituciones comprometidas –liceos y empresas–, como también, y muy principalmente, un rediseño de los roles a desempeñar por los actores institucionales, en lo que compete a la relación entre ambos mundos. Los planteamientos teóricos se ilustran con resultados de estudios empíricos realizados en los últimos años acerca de la temática. | es-ES |
