dc.description	This article describes the collective thinking of young elementary teachers who have tried to reform the Chilean educational system during 1928. Their work has been focused in the appropriation and dissemination of a new active and child-centered pedagogy. Teachers’ thinking promotes the will of change rather than academic excellence. It is a critical and utopian thinking with little political implementation, but it has remained across leadership development and educational discourse until new reform attempts before 1973.	en-US
dc.description	Artículo que presenta el caso del pensamiento colectivo de los jóvenes maestros primarios que intentaron reformar el sistema educacional en 1928.  Su obra fue más fuerte en la apropiación y difusión de la nueva pedagogía activa y paidocéntrica que en una elaboración propia. Destacó más por su voluntad transformadora que por su densidad académica. Fue un pensamiento crítico y utópico, que tuvo una fugaz aplicación política. Pero trascendió a través de la formación de líderes, de la construcción ulterior de un discurso educacional y de nuevos intentos de reforma antes de 1973.	es-ES
