| dc.description | As a human process, knowledge has been historically understood as a disembodied phenomenon. However, current trends in neurology and philosophy provide frameworks that enable us to state that knowledge is based upon the embodiment dimension of the human being. Such view offers new ways and challenges to Education as a whole; e.g. reformulating a new praxis and jargon of what is called Human Motricity as well as of conception and learning processes. | dc.description | El conocimiento como proceso humano se ha comprendido históricamente como un proceso desencarnado. No obstante, desde corrientes actuales de la neurología y de la filosofía se presentan visiones diferentes que permiten establecer que dicho proceso es precisamente un fenómeno basado en la realidad corpórea del ser humano. Tal situación plantea caminos y desafíos relevantes para la educación en su conjunto. Uno de ellos es la reformulación de la praxis y de la nomenclatura de lo que llamamos Motricidad Humana, como también de la concepción y de los procesos de aprendizaje.
