| dc.description | The paper presents reflections with respect to the meaning of social education, based on some questions such as: is there a space for a social education established from and within our environment; what sense configurations could be conceived for its construction and study; what contributions could be gathered from other experiences, and what constitutes our difference. Its methodological approach is presented as the search for sense, without disregarding resorting to contextualized information, which makes it possible to enter the field of social communication, adopting a language with meanings open to interpretation. | dc.description | Se plantea una reflexión en torno al significado de la educación social con base en algunas interrogantes como: dónde habita una educación social establecida desde y en nuestro entorno, qué configuraciones de sentido podrían concebirse para su construcción y estudio, qué aportes podrían acogerse de otras experiencias y cuál constituye nuestra diferencia. Su aproximación metodológica se plantea como una búsqueda de sentido sin eximir la recurrencia a informaciones contextualizadas lo que permite entrar en el campo de la comunicación social, adoptando un lenguaje con significantes abiertos a interpretaciones.
