| dc.description | La finalidad de este estudio es conocer las características que asume el proceso de inserción laboral de la mujer aymara en la I región de Tarapacá, tanto en el campo como en la ciudad; rescatando particularmente aspectos sociales y culturales específicos a su condición de mujer e indígena.

The objective of this study is to learn about the process of Aymara women from Tarapaca’s first region entering the workforce, both in the fields and in the city. The paper will focus on the social and cultural aspects specific to being women and being indigenous.
