dc.descriptionEste estudio examina y compara la regulación del delito de falsedad documental en las fuentes normativas y doctrinales hispánica e inglesa en los siglos XVI-XVIII, incluyendo los antecedentes medievales. Se estudia el origen y desarrollo de las notas distintivas del delito y del bien jurídico protegido, así como la confi guración de su ámbito subjetivo y material. Se resaltan aquellas diferencias más visibles relativas a la califi cación del delito en los ordenamientos hispánicos e ingleses, prestando especial atención a la evolución en la tipología de penas y del régimen sancionador. En el ámbito de la práctica forense, se presentan numerosos ejemplos de las Ejecutorias de la Real Audiencia y Chancillería de Valladolid y de juicios en el Tribunal Penal Central de Londres.es-ES
dc.descriptionThis study examines and compares the indictable offense of forgery in the legal sources of Hispanic and Anglo-Saxon territories from the 15th to the 18th centuries, including medieval legal background. An attempt is given to determine the origin and development of its distinguishing notes and the interest legally protected, as well as its subject-matter and the offenders’ responsibility. Special emphasis is given to the development in the typology of punishment in English and Hispanic territories, providing numerous examples from the Ejecutorias of the Real Audiencia y Chancillería de Valladolid and the trials held at London’s central criminal court from 1674 to 1830.en-US
