| dc.description | The article calls attention to the importance of the emotional disposition of teachers to carry out the Chilean educational reform. Teachers are faced with a change of paradigm which also implies a change in the professional duties which require a previous acceptance of those involved: the characterization of old-fashioned pedagogical practices that must be abandoned and the explicitation of attitudes, strategies and methods that are desirable, imply a sort of devalue of the habitual work of teachers. Paying attention to this aspect can contribute to the success of the innovation, lowering the resistance to change. The authors give some instances of experiences carried out with this purpose. | en-US |
| dc.description | El artículo llama la atención sobre la importancia de la disposición emocional de los profesores para llevar a cabo la reforma educacional chilena. El profesorado enfrenta un cambio de paradigma que implica también un cambio en los compromisos profesionales y requiere de la aceptación previa de los actores. La caracterización del estilo de las prácticas pedagógicas que se debe abandonar y la explicitación de las actitudes, estrategias y métodos que ahora son deseables, implican una suerte de desvalorización del quehacer habitual de los docentes. Atender a este aspecto puede contribuir al éxito de la innovación, disminuyendo la resistencia al cambio. La autora da algunos ejemplos de experiencias realizadas con este propósito. | es-ES |
