dc.description	Among the years 2001 and 2004 a descriptive, interpretative, probatory and inductive study by a panel type consultation was realized to understand the answerer of academics from a scientific unit in front to educational paradigm change (from conductism to constructivism). Results showing a non stress change, but due mostly of academics are professionals and not pedagogues still so much to do because the paradigmatic inertness always make the persons try to return the ancients concepts.	en-US
dc.description	Entre los años 2001 y 2004, se realizó, a través de metodología inductiva y por medio de encuestas tipo panel, un estudio de tipo descriptivo, interpretativo y comprobatorio que permitiese entender la dinámica de la respuesta de los académicos de una unidad científica ante el cambio de paradigma educacional (del conductismo al constructivismo). Se presentan los resultados que indican que el cambio no fue tan estresante como se esperaba, aunque por ser la mayoría de los Académicos profesionales sin preparación pedagógica, aún queda mucho por hacer, ya que la inercia paradigmática hace que las personas tiendan siempre a intentar retomar los conceptos antiguos.	es-ES
