| dc.description | From a critical view a proposal of incorporation of Internet as a pedagogical resource is constructed. The article centers around three axes: first, it recognizes that the social inequality through the denominated digital breach is more taken care of within the prevailing neoliberal economic model. We propose that the solution faces as far as reflecting around the uses of the technologies in the educational environment and not only access. Secondly, the management of the knowledge appears like a creative, innovating and propitious method, to which the education institutions must be assigned. Finally, the conformation of learning communities should be the ideal organizational modality to carry out the innovation. | en-US |
| dc.description | Desde una mirada crítica se construye una propuesta de incorporación de Internet como recurso pedagógico. El artículo gira en torno a tres ejes: primero, reconoce que la desigualdad social a través de la denominada brecha digital se ahonda más dentro del modelo económico neoliberal imperante. Planteamos que la solución se debe enfrentar en cuanto a reflexionar en torno a los usos de las tecnologías en los ámbitos educativos y no sólo en cuanto al acceso. En segundo término, la gestión del conocimiento se presenta como un método creativo, innovador y propicio, al cual deben adscribirse las instituciones educativas. Por último, la conformación de comunidades de aprendizaje se propone como modalidad organizativa ideal para llevar a cabo la innovación. | es-ES |
