dc.descriptionIn the Ricote Valley, in the interior of the Region of Murcia, there are mountains,centenarian orchards, and small and medium-sized settlements, historically structuredaround the Segura River. The territorial and landscape structure of its central zonehas not varied in its basic aspects in the last 500 years. The amalgamation of nature,culture (Romans, Arabs, Jews and Christians), use of water and territory, has given riseto a landscape singularity of important heritage value, as reflected in the qualificationsgiven to its natural and human elements. Giving rise to an outstanding tourist interest.Traditional isolation has been one of its outstanding characteristics. Knowing theresources of the territory with tourist interest, and the accessibility to them, constitutethe objective of this study. dc.descriptionEn el Valle de Ricote, en el interior de la Región de Murcia, se mezclan montañas, huertascentenarias, y pequeños y medianos poblamientos, estructurados históricamente entornoal río Segura. La estructura territorial y paisajística de su zona central no ha variadoen sus aspectos básicos en los últimos 500 años. La amalgama de naturaleza, cultura(romanos, árabes, judíos y cristianos), utilización del agua y el territorio, ha dado lugar auna singularidad paisajística de importante valor patrimonial, tal y como se recoge en lascalificaciones otorgadas a sus elementos naturales y humanos. Dando lugar a un destacadointerés turístico. El aislamiento tradicional ha sido una de sus características destacadas.Conocer los recursos del territorio con interés turístico, y la accesibilidad a los mismos,constituyen el objetivo de este estudio.
