This paper is an analysis of the image of the addresee of a book of poems, an enigmatic woman, undefined in her condition of real or fictitious, described in a polysemic way and named as "you". The fine and sophisticated poetry of Bresky goes against the conventions of the love dialogue of the traditional lyric poem.Este trabajo es un análisis de la imagen del destinatario del libro de poemas Persistencia de usted, de A. Bresky, que se presenta como una mujer enigmática, indefinida en su condición de real o ficticia, descrita en forma polisémica y apelada como "usted". La poesía fina y culta de Bresky, poeta chileno de Valparaíso, transgrede las modalidades convencionales del diálogo amoroso y de la lírica tradicional.
