The article starting from the comments on narrative fiction by Martinez Bonati carrie out a critical itinerary through some theories about fiction. The central objective consists on questioning the author's proposal -his ontologic approach to fiction- when locating it in the debate on the mutation of the sensorium and the crisis of the modern notion of representation in the current massmedia society. Within the most outstanding theories in fiction, the possible world theory and Iser act of fictionalization's proposal appear as the most relevant. Martinez Bonati's proposal, based on a mimetic semantics, is contrasted with the possible worlds" theory, which contributes with a constructive semantics, allowing to account for all possible literary aspects, and not only those governed by the criteria of truth and verisimilitude.El artículo, a partir del comentario de La ficción narrativa de Félix Martínez Bonati, realiza un itinerario crítico por algunas teorías sobre la ficción. El objetivo central consiste en problematizar la propuesta del autor -su enfoque ontológico de la ficción- al situarlo en el debate sobre la mutación del sensorium y la crisis de la noción moderna de representación en la sociedad massmediática actual. Dentro de las más relevantes teorías de la ficción se destacan la propuesta de la teoría de los mundos posibles y la propuesta de Iser sobre el acto de ficcionalización. Se contrasta la propuesta de Martínez Bonati basada en una semántica mimética con la de la teoría de los mundos posibles por aportar esta última una semántica constructiva, lo cual permite dar cuenta de todos los posibles literarios y no sólo de los que se rigen por los criterios de verdad y verosimilitud.
