| dc.description | This paper deals with languages in contact. Dialectological characteristics present in the morphological and syntactycal levels of the Spanish spoken by the mapuches from Nueva Imperial (a county in the Region of Araucanía), are specifically analized here. The linguistic samples studied in this paper were taken from several interviews of bilingual adult mapuche informants. Some of the described characteristics could be attributed to internal tendencies of the adopted language (Spanish), but others -much more specific- are the result of influences coming from the nature of mapudungun, the vernacular language. | en-US |
| dc.description | En este artículo se estudia un tema relativo a lenguas en contacto. En él se analizan específicamente los rasgos dialectales que presenta, en un nivel morfosintáctico, el castellano adoptado por los mapuches de Nueva Imperial (comuna perteneciente a la Región de la Araucanía). La muestra lingüística estudiada procede de una serie de entrevistas realizadas a informantes adultos bilingües de dicha etnia. Algunos de los rasgos descritos son atribuibles a tendencias internas de la lengua adoptada; pero otros, mucho máss particulares, obedecen a interferencias o influencias del mapudungun, la lengua vernácula. | es-ES |
