| dc.description | El área sur entre Argentina y Chile se constituyó históricamente como una región integrada, donde los vínculos con las capitales de ambos países eran débiles. A partir de los años veinte ambas naciones intentaron plasmar políticas surgidas de los respectivos estados nacionales, a la vez las comunidades de las regiones del sur fueron diseñando estrategias para encontrar una complementariedad práctica e incluso hacer sentir sus demandas a las respectivas capitales. En esta ponencia nos proponemos indagar en las particularidades de las relaciones que se establecieron entre el territorio nacional de Santa Cruz y Magallanes durante los años treinta hasta la caída del peronismo en 1955, a partir de analizar la variedad de visiones que coexistieron en ese período del lado argentino. Buscaremos analizar el efecto de las distintas políticas en juego, provenientes de las áreas de Defensa, Migraciones y Economía, que promovieron transformaciones en el territorio, junto al accionar de los distintos actores en la región. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The southern area between Argentina and Chile constituted itself historically as an integrated region, where there were weak bonds with both capitals. From the twenties on both nations tried to mold policies originated in each respective national state, at the same time southern regions’ communities started designing strategies to fi nd a practical complement as well as making each capital feel their demands. Our purpose is to inquire the peculiarities of relationships established between Magallanes and Santa Cruz territories during the thirties until Peronism’s fall, starting by analysing the variety of visions that coexisted in that period from the argentinian side. We’ll try to analyse the effects of different policies at play, coming from Defence, Migration and Economics, that promoted transformations in the territory together with the different way of doing things of the actors in the region. | en-US |
