The poem collections Calamina and Amarillo crepúsculo show spaces and landscapes that acquire materiality in poetic language. Despite their clear differences, both texts configure space from a materiality crossed by modernity and its residues. The relation between landscape and poetry is studied using the concept of geo-poetics coined by Michel Collot in Pour une geographie litterair. The article purposes that the poetic subjects of these poems pose their looks on the landscapes’ memory understood as a ruin, instead of exercising the romantic contemplation of the sublime.Los poemarios Calamina y Amarillo crepúsculo exhiben espacios y paisajes que adquieren materialidad en el lenguaje poético. A pesar de ser poemarios muy disimiles, en ambos el espacio se configura desde una materialidad atravesada por la modernidad y su despojo. La relación entre paisaje y poesía se aborda desde el concepto de geopoética, trabajado por Michel Collot en Pour une geographie litteraire. El artículo sostiene que la memoria de los paisajes constituye en estos poemarios una ruina donde los sujetos poéticos fijan su mirada, a contrapelo de la contemplación romántica de lo sublime.
