dc.description	This article analyzes the way in which Jean Renoir, in his film Naná −an adaptation of Émile Zola’s novel− shows the impossibility of an “objective point of view” for its characters. It is argued that Renoir shows this impossibility through narrative techniques that question, at the same time, the possibilities of “realism” in cinema. The article explains the existence of “two realisms” −narrative and descriptive− as constitutive of the filmic text, that are used paradoxically by Renoir to deny objectivity in his characters’ point of view.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo analiza la manera en que Jean Renoir en su película Naná –adaptación de la novela de Émile Zola− expone la imposibilidad de que exista una “mirada objetiva” en sus personajes. Este trabajo plantea que Renoir muestra dicha imposibilidad a través de técnicas narrativas que cuestionan al mismo tiempo las posibilidades de “realismo” en el séptimo arte. El artículo explica la existencia de “dos realismos” −el narrativo y el descriptivo− constitutivos del texto fílmico, y que son utilizados por Renoir, paradójicamente, para negar la objetividad en la mirada de sus personajes.	es-ES
