| dc.description | This article is a re-evaluation of the positivist models that have sustained the histories of world photography, from which Latín America has been excluded. Consequently, it is necessary to redesign new conceptual and methodological approaches that give account of our own processes conceming photography. In our continent diere are many images without authorship, many traveling photographers who were spreading tracks at random. | dc.description | Este artículo es una reevaluación de los modelos positivistas que han sustentado las historias de la fotografia mundiales, donde Latinoamérica ha sido excluida. Por esto, es necesario rediseñar nuevos caminos conceptuales y metodológicos que den cuenta de nuestros propios procesos en torno a la fotografía. Hay en nuestro continente, muchas imágenes sin autoría, muchos fotógrafos itinerantes que fueron dejando huellas dispersas.
