The interpretation difficulties, on the part of the aesthetic speech on arte are born of what we can call 'semantic opening', a sort of indetermination. Why persists the difficulty of signic interpretation in the aesthetic speech on the art? The Kantian ideas of the XVIII century, so decisive for the development of aesthetics in the XX century, can be examined in the light of semiotics. This heterogeneous approach can contribute with non self-referring arguments. I will examine the four `moments' of the Kantian aesthetic judgment from the Peircean notions viewpoint/perspective. Las dificultades de interpretación, por parte del discurso estético sobre el arte, nacen de lo que podemos llamar 'apertura semántica', una suerte de indeterminación. ¿Por qué persiste la dificultad de interpretación sígnica en el discurso estético sobre el arte? Las ideas kantianas del siglo XVIII, decisivas para el desarrollo de la estética en el siglo )(X, pueden ser examinadas a la luz de la semiótica. Esta mirada heterogénea, puede aportar argumentos no autorreferidos. Examinaré los cuatro 'momentos' del juicio estético kantiano desde el ángulo de los conceptos peirceanos.
