| dc.description | The article states that we can establish apocryphal dialogues between twentieth century historiography and the books Against Interpretation and On Photography, as well as analogies with history as a discipline. It suggests that Sontag analyzes and classifies in Against Interpretation are modeled just like the documents that allow a historian to establish a dialogue with the past, in order to organize and interpret it; and that On Photography is a methodological proposal of how to understand the links between memory, image, classification and reality. | en-US |
