dc.description	El presente artículo tiene como objetivo abordar el tema de las familias uniparentales derivadas de la separación matrimonial, donde la mujer ocupa el rol de jefe de hogar. Se define el concepto de familia uniparental, describiéndose el proceso de reorganización de la familia después de la separación (sistema de vida, mundo laboral, roles de los hijos, etc. ) y los efectos en los hijos. Así también se analizan las principales redes de apoyo, su relación con las variables del género y, los mitos y creencias respecto a la familia uniparental.	es-ES
