dc.description	Se examinan los mecanismos responsables de efectos sistémicos que subyacen a la interdependencia de los servicios de asistencia psicosocial y psiquiátrica de un distrito urbano como Berlín. Con base en los datos de una investigación, acerca del trabajo de un Centro de Intervenciones en Situaciones de Crisis de la Ciudad de Berlín, se muestra que las decisiones de selección, es decir, aquellas que determinan qué pacientes se atenderán y cuáles se derivarán, dan como resultado tanto la interdependencia como los diferentes patrones de "asociación en redes" de las instituciones.	es-ES
dc.description	The basic underlying mechanism of interdependency between psychosocial and psychiatric institutions in an urban region of Berlin is examined, mechanism which is responsible for systemic effects. Using the findings from a survey on the work of an outpatient crisis center it is showed that both interdependency as well as different network patterns result from the decisions made in the selection procedure, as to the assignment or further referral of clients.	en-US
