| dc.description | El presente trabajo intenta, desde la perspectiva de salud mental infantil, definir y caracterizar los principales aspectos de la atención primaria. Se revisan los planteamientos teóricos básicos (Conferencia de Alma-Alta, 1978) y se analizan en relación a un programa de estimulación temprana, experiencia que se ha intentado realizar en Chile, vinculada al Programa Materno-infantil. Se comenta qué elementos podrían explicar la distancia entre teoría y práctica y cómo éstos podrían orientar las acciones en el futuro. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper attempts to illustrate, from the point of view of child mental health, the basic principles of primary health care. The main theoretical statements (Alma-Ata Conference, 1978) are reviewed and discussed in relation to an early stimulation program developed in Chile. Comments are made concerning the aspects that would explain the gap between theory and practice, and suggestions are given to improve future programs. | en-US |
