| dc.description | Se diseñó una herramienta computacional para analizar el comportamiento de los miembros de un grupo de trabajo, tanto para el apoyo a la selección de personal como para determinar las reacciones del grupo frente a situaciones potencialmente conflictivas. La herramienta desarrollada está formada básicamente por un Editor, que permite ingresar el guión de la historia, un Simulador, que realiza la interacción dinámica con el usuario, y un Generador de Resultados (sistema experto), que compara las reacciones de los individuos y emite un diagnóstico sobre las situaciones específicas en las cuales se producirían conflictos entre ellos. En su estado actual, el sistema se perfila como una valiosa herramienta de apoyo para los psicólogos organizacionales. | es-ES |
| dc.description | A computational tool to analyze teamwork member’s behavior was developed. The instrument can be used to support personnel selection activities and to analyze reactions of the group to potentially conflictive situations. The software is composed by an Editor, that allows to structure a story’s script, a Simulator, which is responsible for the dynamic interaction with the user, and an Output Generator (expert system), which compares the subjects’ reaction and delivers an assessment of specific situation in which conflict between the subjects is likely. The analysis of this first version suggests the usefulness of the instrument for the practice of organizational and industrial psychologists. | en-US |
