| dc.description | Se presenta un cuestionario diseñado para evaluar riesgos para la salud psicológica en enfermeras del sector público chileno, en la doble perspectiva de las enfermeras como mujeres y trabajadoras. Se elaboró un cuestionario cuya puntuación permite establecer tres niveles de riesgo: alto, mediano y bajo. La validación de constructo mediante análisis factorial permitió reconocer la existencia de 14 factores de riesgo provenientes del trabajo remuncrado y doméstico. El instrumento presenta una alta consistencia interna (Alfa de Cronbach 0.94). | es-ES |
| dc.description | This article presents a questionnaire designed to evaluate risks concerning the psychological health in registered nurse working in the Chilean public service, both as women as well as workers. The questionnaire score refers to three different risk levels: high, moderate and low. The construct validity, through factorial analysis, permitted the recognition of 14 risk factors proceding from household and employment origins.
