dc.descriptionEl objetivo de la presente investigación fue operacionalizar el instrumento de evaluación familiar "Como es Su/Tu familia" para su aplicación clínica. Con este fin se realiza una propuesta preliminar de factores y subfactores de acuerdo a criterios de correlación de itemes y/o significación teórica de ellos (validez de constructo), de las dimensiones centrales en la dinámica familiar. Se constryó un perfil de funcionamiento familiar estableciendo puntos de corte en base a la distribución percentílica de los puntajes obtenidos en los protocolos de 70 madres que respondieron el test. Esta muestra fue elegida al azar entre familias pobres urbanas definidas con y sin factores de riesgo de salud. Este perfil permite identificar áreas de disfunción familiar y visualizar gráficamente el nivel de vulnerabilidad actual de las familias respecto de su salud biopsicosocial.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe objective of the present investigation was to propose a quantitative measurement of the instrument “How is your family” for its clinical application. With this aim, a preliminary proposal of factors and subfactors is carried out in accordance with validity criteria of items correlations and/or theoretical meaning of the main dimensions for the assessment of the family dynamics (construct validity). A clinical profile of family functioning was designed, providing cuts points with regard to the percentile distribution of the scores obtained in the protocols of seventy mothers who answered the test. This sample was chosen at random among poor urban families defined with and without factors of biopsychosocial health risk. This profile permits to identify areas of family disfunction, and visualize graphically the present level of vulnerability of families in relation to their biopsicosocial helth.en-US
