| dc.description | El presente artículo da cuenta de una evaluación de la estructura y del funcionamiento familiar de 70 familias pobres clasificadas con y sin riesgo de salud biopsicosocial, asignadas a un centro de salud de atención primaria. La implementación de un Programa de Atención de Familias en Riesgo Biopsicosocial implicó realizar, como primera etapa, una evaluación de las características de las familias a atender. Los resultados señalan, a través del cuestionario "Cómo funciona TU/SU Familia", que las familias clasificadas con riesgo biopsicosocial tienen significativamente mayor ausencia del padre, que viven más personas bajo el mismo techo, y que tienen más hijos, en particular de sexo femenino. Las familias en riesgo muestran un riesgo relativo estimado cuatro veces mayor de no vivir con el padre biológico de sus hijos.El funcionamiento familiar demostró a través de una regresión logística de los siete factores del test, que las familias en riesgo tienen menor cohesión y unión familiar, menor comunicación entre padres e hijos, menores habilidades para afrontar adecuadamente los problemas, y mayor exposición a eventos estresantes. El ANOVA de subfactores profundiza más estos resultados. Se demuestra que las familias con riesgo mixto tienen un funcionamiento familiar más disfuncional que las familias con riesgo exclusivamente biomédico. Se discuten las diferentes variables de funcionamiento y esructura familiar que pueden ser consideradas como factores de riesgo o como factores protectores para la salud biopsicosocial de las familias pobres. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The present article gives an account of an assessment of the structure and functioning of 70 poor families classified at and not at risk of biopsychosocial health, assigned to a primary care health center. The implementation of a Program for the care of Families at Biosychosocial Risk, implied to carry out, as a first stage, an evaluation of the characteristics of the families that were going to be assisted. The results show, through the questionnaire “How is your family functioning”, that families classified at biopsychosocial risk have significantly more absence of the father, that more people live under the same roof and they have more children, particularly of the feminine sex. The families at risk show a relative risk four time higher of not living with the biological father of their children. The family functioning showed, through a logistic regression of the seven factors of the test, that families at risk have less cohesion and family unity, less communication between parents and children, less abilities to face problems adequately and greater exposition to stressful events. The ANOVA of sub-factors goes more deeply into these results. It is shown that families at mixed risk have a family functioning more malfunctioning than families at exclusively biomedical risk. The different variables of family functioning and structures that may be considered as risk factors or as protective factors for the biopsychosocial health of poor families, are discussed here. | en-US |
