dc.descriptionSe describe la estructura del sistema de investigación en Chile, realizándose un examen epistemométrico de los trabajos publicados en tres revistas nacionales de psicología durante los años noventa: Revista Chilena de Psicología (general). Terapia Psicológica (clínica), y Psykhe (general). De frecuencia semestral, publicaron durante 1990-1999, 174 artículos de psicólogos nacionales, 47.7% de los cuales corresponded a la Psykhe. Trabajos mayoritariamente teóricos (52.87%) seguidos por aplicados (39.76%) y mixtos (7.47%); de especialedad clínica (46.56%), social y ambiental (22.99%), educacional (20.11%), básica (8.62%) y del trabajo (1.72%). La participación de la psicología en el Fondo Nacional de Investigación Científica y Tecnológica (Fondecyt) ha aumentado durante la década al interior del área de las ciencias sociales de 15.9% para 1999.es-ES
dc.descriptionThe structure of the research system in Chile is generally described. An epistemometric study is made on papers published in three psychology journals with acknowledged continuity: the Revista Chilena de Psicología (general), Terapia Psicológica (clinical), and Psykhe (general). All three journals are published twice yearly. In nineties there were 174 articles of national psychologists, from those, Psykhe published 47.7%. Papers were mostly theoretical (52.87 %), applied (39.76 %), and mixed (7.47%) belonging to clinical (46.56%), social and environmental (22.29%), educational (20.11%), basic (8.62%), and organizational psychology (1.72%). Psychologist´s awards in the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Research (Fondecyt) have increased during the decade in the area social sciences area, from 15.9% to 16.9%.en-US
