| dc.description | Este artículo postula que las deficiencias de los niños y niñas en lectura y escritura, medidas a través de pruebas nacionales e internacionales, podrían explicarse, entre otros factores, debido a los conceptos sobre los actos de leer y escribir reflejados en las prácticas docentes. En contraposición, destaca la necesidad de concebir la lectura y la escritura como prácticas culturales, como actos de construcción y comunicación de significados y como actos de movilización de la inteligencia; y propone un Programa Integrado de Desarrollo de las Competencias Lingüísticas y Comunicativas que apunta a un modelo equilibrado de enseñanza y aprendizaje del lenguaje oral y escrito. | es-ES |
