dc.description	Este artículo presenta el Incentario de Alianza de Trabajo (IAT), instrumento generado para medir alianza terapéutica en paciente y terapeuta, el cual está basado en los planteamientos transteóricos y en la conceptualización tripartita de la alianza (vínculo, tareas y metas) planteada por Bordin.Los resultados del estudio inicial de sus propiedades psicométricas sugieren que el IAT presenta una adecuada confiabilidad en ambas versiones del instrumento, con valores de .91 en la versión del paciente y .93 en la del terapeuta. Respecto a la validez de constructo convergente se observa que ésta es moderada, no encontrándose evidencia para la validez de constructo discriminante utilizando como criterio las escalas aprecio y autenticidad del Inventario de la Relación de Ayuda.	es-ES
dc.description	This paper presents the Working Alliance Inventory (Inventario de Alianza de Trabajo, IAT). This instrument was generated to measure therapeutic alliance in patients and therapists. It is based on Bordin’s pantheorical and tripartite conceptualization of the alliance (bond, tasks, and goals). The results of the initial study of psychometrics properties, suggest that the IAT presents an adequate reliability in both instruments forms, with .91 patient’s form and .93 therapist’s form values. This instrument show a mild convergent validity, no evidence was found for the discriminant validity using two scales of the Relationship Inventory as a criteria.	en-US
